Account Coordinator

The Account Coordinator is responsible for providing the internal day-to-day support to the Senior Account Executive. You will have the opportunity to gain experience and grow into an independent account services team member, managing your own accounts. Additionally, you will work closely with team members and function as a key client advocate within the agency. This position mandates a working knowledge of general business practices, advertising and marketing communications principles.

Responsibilities
  • Navigate and implement multiple projects from inception to execution
  • Understand strategic program direction and to communication with additional team members
  • Manage the preparation and reconciliation of monthly billing. Ensure delivery of programs on time and on budget
  • Prepare and develop weekly traffic schedule detail status of new, current and completed projects
  • Work closely with the senior manager in the preparation of estimates, schedules, budgets, and other correspondence
  • Ensure quality and success with execution of project
  • Act as interoffice liaison between departments
Requirements
  • 1-2 years agency experience, web marketing experience a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, technology or related field
  • Uncompromising attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong communications skills, oral and written
  • The ability to organize and prioritize, to set and meet deadlines
  • A working understanding of broad based advertising business principals including finance and traffic
  • An understanding of interactive and general marketing principals
