Senior Account Executive
At Overdrive we take our client account management responsibilities very seriously. We believe our clients deserve nothing but the best thinking and follow-through that can be delivered. As a Senior Account Executive you will assume primary client responsibility for the accounts assigned to you. You are required to set goals and develop growth plans for your accounts. You will also be asked to participate in the continually improving the client services department systems and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement both short and long-term strategic marketing plans, programs and client initiatives
- Manage the day-to-day activities of assigned Overdrive accounts
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to agency personnel to ensure fulfillment of client objectives and expectations
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide excellent communication internally and with clients
- Manage revenue by working to expand relationships, products and services with each client
- Manage agency budgets effectively with an eye on the bottom line
- Inspire agency to consistently deliver superior client solutions to ensure that client goals and objectives are being met
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience working in advertising agencies with a concentration in the interactive space
- Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, journalism or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead client and internal presentations
- Experience and proficiency with software found in an interactive agency, such as: Clients & Profits, PowerPoint, Excel
