Harry Gold - Founder and CEO
Harry started his online career in 1995 when he founded Interactive Promotions. Since then he has been at the forefront in developing successful online programs for various agencies and Fortune 500 companies.
Harry brings to Overdrive a highly distinguished background in online development, marketing and media that goes back over 10 years. As the architect and conductor behind Overdrive's programs, Harry's primary mission is to create innovative marketing programs based on real world success and make sure that the best marketing and technology practices that drive those successes are continually institutionalized into the culture and methods of the agency. What excites Harry is the knowledge that Overdrive's collaborative environment has created a company of online marketing experts who all drive success online for our clients and the companies they serve.
Harry is a frequent lecturer on such topics as search engine optimization, paid search management, social media marketing and online media throughout Boston for The New England Direct Marketing Association, The Ad Club, UMass Boston and Boston University.

Ty Velde - Founder and Director, Client Services
As the Director of Client Services at Overdrive, Ty has leveraged over 15 years of experience to establish both the strategic vision and philosophy for the client service team. Ty is a strategic thinker who prides himself on bringing valued marketing knowledge to the table in order to effectively guide our clients in today's ever more competitive and challenging online marketing environment. This is accomplished by identifying strategic opportunities within our clients' core businesses, consistently presenting new ideas and solutions to accomplish them, and ultimately working with clients to establish a strategic vision for their business. All of this enables them to stay one step ahead of the competition. Therefore, while "client service" is the bedrock of Ty's vision and philosophy it is through client "partnership" and "leadership" that Ty ultimately achieves the most success for Overdrive's clients.
Having just finished his eighth consecutive Boston Marathon and sixteenth marathon overall, Ty understands the meaning of commitment and dedication and it carries through to his clients.

Andrew Abrahams - Director, Interactive Services
Andrew has over 10 years of experience in interactive services, web site architecture, and development. His ability to design, develop and deploy cutting edge web based applications to meet our client's needs makes him a valuable asset at Overdrive. Whether he is asked to create a unique lead generation application or a sophisticated back-end database that allows a client to manage their lead generation campaign, track search engine traffic or even just update basic information, Andrew is always up for the challenge.
When Andrew is not working on inventive ideas for our clients, he is spending time around Boston with his wife and very active son.

Jeff Selig - Director, Analytics and Optimization
As Director of Analytics and Optimization Jeff has over 20 years of media experience from the studios of Electric Lady, working with Hall and Oates, AC/DC and Brian Adams to building video productions facilities for FEDEX TV. Jeff is a veteran media executive who has been in the online space since 1995, designing, building and optimizing sites for a wide variety of clients, including his own domain portfolio.
His depth of experience has Jeff consulting to the likes of Bain & Company, McKinsey & Company and many other institutions looking to gain insight in today's fast paced and dynamic online space. Most recently as Vice President of Marketing for Prospectiv Direct, he ran Search marketing SEO, PPC and Social Media online lead generation programs for some of the biggest brands in the world.
A proven results-driven Executive with a strong track record of building new businesses, growing existing businesses and creating value. Developing strategic alliances, partnerships and the marketing plans, Jeff's skills and experience in business planning and analysis are reflected in the growth of the companies he has worked with and for. You get a strategic thinker who works "hands-on".
