Paid Search/Retargeting

With the Salesforce Commerce Cloud paid search campaign we wanted to generate as many responses as possible at the lowest possible cost in multiple regions including North America, UK, Netherlands and Asia. Ads followed paid search best practices, including:

  • Multiple conversion points (phone numbers and sitelinks)
  • Clear benefit/offer statements
  • Multiple ad extensions (callouts, sitelinks)

Retargeting/Display

With the Salesforce Commerce Cloud retargeting campaign we wanted to promote as many assets as possible to maximize responses and add to their lead pipeline.

Paid Social

With the Salesforce paid social campaign we targeted relevant groups, and took advantage of LinkedIn’s advanced account targeting features to promote assets and events to the company’s core audience

Account Based Marketing

Salesforce Commerce Cloud’s account based marketing campaign promoted a variety of assets to their target account list of the top worldwide retailers

Email Marketing

Salesforce Commerce Cloud’s email marketing campaign promoted a variety of assets with several top retail/e-commerce publications. The difference is we segmented the list to their targeted account list only to ensure the message was received by the right audience and to keep “waste” to a minimum
