What Does Google’s Logo Mean for the Future of Web Content?
Navigate to Google’s search engine page and you’ll find something rather peculiar. Today’s doodle is animated! While Google is no stranger to dressing up its iconic logo in a variety of costumes and themes, today’s doodle is addictively interactive. Move your mouse pointer over the logo and watch the particles disperse and then reform. Move your browser window around and you’ll find that the balls move with it!
UPDATE: Some things are better seen than read about. Such is the case with Tuesday’s Google logo. If you somehow managed to miss it, Google’s September 7th’s logo was constructed of animated bouncing balls that interacted with the user’s mouse cursor. There’s still no official statement from Google on the significance of the doodle, but speculation has ranged from celebrating Google’s birthday to some phenomenal marketing from the do-no-evil tech giant. What do you think? Take a look!
